This 4 bedroom bungalow in the heart of Quidi Vidi Village is a great home base for exploring St. John's and nearby communities along the Avalon Peninsula. 

The home is limited mobility friendly. There are 4 steps to get into the house. Once inside, most things are located on the main floor, including 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds, a bathroom with laundry, and the living / dining room, kitchen, and patio. Two additional bedrooms and another bathroom are on the lower level.

We offer a flexible cancellation policy when booking directly with us. Guests can cancel up to 5 days before check-in with a full refund. If cancelled after 5 days before check-in, the guest pays for 1 extra night and 50% of the booking cost. After check-in, the guest pays for of all nights stayed, 1 extra night, and 50% of the rest the booked nights.
