Book your stay

If your reservation is made more than 30 days in advance of check in, you will be offer two payment options: 

1. Pay 20% of total cost at time of booking, and the remaining balance 30 days prior to check in. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the final payment is not received by the due date.
2. Full payment due at time of booking. 

Reservations made less than 30 days prior to check in require full payment at time of booking.

We know plans can sometimes change. Guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in with a full refund. 

Although we all love to have fun, please keep in mind that this is a residential neighbourhood and loud parties will not be tolerated. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.  

For a variety of reasons, we are unable to welcome pets in our home. Should it be determined that an unauthorized pet was with you during your visit, additional fees will apply. 

Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home. Should you wish to smoke, please do so outside.   

Please follow the hot tub rules posted on site. Should the tub be unreasonably dirty and require a drain and re-fill and/or extensive chemical treatments after your departure, additional charges will apply. 

We understand that accidents happen. Please let us know if something breaks during your stay, so we can ensure everything is in working order for our next guests. Depending on the nature of the damages, additional charges may apply.
